Refund and Returns Policy

To cancel your order at any time, please contact our Customer Service Department.

If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the payment of the product that has been (1) already been shipped or (2) has already been given to you when you email us.

You can receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after the completion of your order. Customers will receive a refund for the product ordered, and repetitive refunds are not allowed, unless at the time of delivery the product is defective. prod.thealphaboost reserves the right to refuse to refund all customers who make repeated requests for refunds or who, in the opinion of thealphaboost, require refunds in bad faith.

In order to process the refund, you must contact our customer service and provide your name and account information. If you provide incorrect information, we will not be able to access your account and we will not complete the return. Refunds can take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card according to the bank that issued the credit card.

Shipping

All orders are processed the same business day and will be shipped 1 day after ordering. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for delivery in the EU. All international orders will take 5-15 day to arrive. All orders will be shipped secured and you will get a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.

All orders are sent from EU warehouse.

Returns

Please contact customer service at [email protected] for instructions. If shipment has been lost by the carrier and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled and WE WILL NOT RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE.
